I am unable to sign on to On-Line Investment using my User ID and PIN. What happened?
It is possible that you have entered your User ID Number and/or password incorrectly. Contact Invest Financial's Customer Support Center at 800-242-4732 for more information. Upon initial sign-in you will be required to change your password from the system-assigned default.
I tried to enter my PIN three times and it will not let me in. What should I do?
This is a security feature of the system. If you have tried your PIN three times and have been blocked out of the system, call Contact Invest Financial's Customer Support Center at 800-242-4732 and have your PIN reset and unblocked.
I changed my PIN. When does it become effective?
PIN changes are activated immediately.
